Spiritual Opportunities

During the COVID-19 pandemic every aspect of our lives has been touched in some way. While some of us are not yet comfortable gathering together please know you are all in our prayers. We've collected some resources to help you spiritually during this time of chaos. Please reach out to Father Tudgay or anyone in the parish office if we can help out in any way.

Weekly Mass Resources

A Lectio Divina Approach To the Spirituality of the Family

Join us for a 5-week Adult Ed series as we pray together with Sacred Scripture and explore the spirituality of the family through prayerful reflection and dialogue. This series is rooted in Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia: the joy of love in the family.

Each week, we will pray and share on a specific passage of Sacred Scripture and draw upon the insights offered by Pope Francis. We will gather in the Parish Center meeting room from 10am-11am every Wednesday beginning October 6 to November 3.

For registration, please call the parish office at 570-842-7656 or email your name and contact information to Ellen Dermody at by October 1, 2021. All links and resource materials will be emailed to you prior to the start of Session One.

Thank you to all who joined us for Father Tudgay's the lecture series: Liturgy and the Sacraments. If you have an idea or a topic you'd like to suggest for a future lecture please email Father Tudgay at

General Resources

God our Father,
You have a plan for each one of us,
You hold out to us a future full of hope.
Give us the wisdom of your Spirit
so that we can see the shape
of your plan in the gifts
you have given us,
and in the circumstances
of our daily lives.
Give us the freedom of your Spirit,
to seek you with all our hearts,
and to choose Your Will above all else.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.
